Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
AI Email Writing is designed to generate email templates for users based on the information provided by the user. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for using the generated content appropriately. Any misuse of the Service is strictly prohibited.
We are constantly updating our offerings of products and services on the Service.
The products or services available on our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other websites.
We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services.
We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
We offer three types of Subscription plans for the AI Email Writing app: Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly. All plans provide the same benefits, including:
The only difference between these plans is the subscription duration.
When you make a purchase or subscribe to any of these plans (a “Purchase”), you may be required to provide certain information, including, but not limited to, your credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and shipping details.
You represent and warrant that:
(i) You have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and
(ii) The information you supply is true, accurate, and complete.
Subscriptions are managed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, depending on your device. Each plan is set to auto-renew based on its duration unless canceled before the renewal date.
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time via the subscription panel provided by Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Upon cancellation, you will continue to receive subscription benefits until the end of the current billing cycle, but your Subscription will not be renewed after that period.
All Subscription fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be provided for any subscription services already provided or any remaining days in your subscription period.
Billing for Subscriptions is handled by Google Play Store and Apple App Store, and we will adhere to the billing terms and methods offered by these platforms. You will receive a notification from the respective store before your Subscription renews.
We reserve the right to modify Subscription prices, services offered, terms, or even discontinue a plan. Changes will be communicated via email or through a notification in the Service to give you the opportunity to adjust your Subscription accordingly.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, as it would be for substantial changes to Subscription terms or pricing, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect via email or a prominent notice on our Service.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you should discontinue your use of the Service.
