When you choose to delete your account, all your data, including saved drafts, templates, and usage history, will be permanently erased from our databases. This process is irreversible, and your data cannot be retrieved after the deletion.
To delete your account, navigate to the 'Profile' menu in the app and select the 'Delete Account' option. Upon confirmation, the process will commence immediately.
Please note that upon account deletion, you will lose all your purchased credits and will not be able to access any saved templates or drafts. Any unused credits cannot be transferred or refunded.
If you choose to return to AI Email Writing in the future, you'll need to create a new account. Please note that your previous data will not be recoverable.
We adhere to stringent privacy norms and regulations. We assure you that your data is secure with us and will be completely removed upon account deletion.
