Please read this Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before using the AI Email Writing mobile
application (the
"Service") operated by Rain Infotech ("us", "we", or "our").
No Refunds
All sales on the AI Email Writing application are final. Due to the digital nature of the Service, we do not offer refunds for any purchases made within the app. This includes both one-time credit purchases and subscription fees. Once you have made a purchase, the transaction is complete and cannot be reversed.
Subscription Cancellations
Subscriptions to our Service are auto-renewing. You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription before the end of the current subscription period, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of that period, but you will not receive a refund. Your subscription will not renew after the current period ends.
Service Closure
In the event that we decide to discontinue the Service for any reason, we will provide a notice period of three (3) months for users to utilize any remaining credits or subscription services. After the notice period, the Service will be terminated, and any unused credits or subscription benefits will be forfeited.
